Domestic Shipping (within Estonia)
For domestic shipping, we apply a fixed handling and delivery fee calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package:
Itella Smartpost Parcel Lockers:
All locker sizes – €3.60
OSC Courier Service:
Shipments 0 – 20 kg – €8.50
Shipments 20 – 30 kg – €15.00
Shipments 30 – 100 kg – €25.00
Special delivery over 100 kg – €200
The exact shipping cost is shown during checkout after entering your contact details and/or the delivery address.
OSC couriers deliver lighter packages directly to your doorstep. Heavier packages (from 30 kg) will be delivered only to the building entrance.
Delivery Times in Estonia
The estimated delivery time within Estonia via OSC courier or Itella Smartpost parcel lockers is 1–2 working days.
NB! Due to the current global situation, there may be extended delays for products not in stock.
International Shipping
For international shipping, we apply a fixed shipping and handling fee of €25 per package to most European countries under the following conditions:
Maximum package weight: 20 kg
Longest side of the package: max. 1500 mm
Total of height and girth does not exceed 3000 mm

Delivery Times to Latvia and Lithuania
Shipping to Latvia and Lithuania is handled by OSC courier, with delivery typically taking 1–3 working days.
Delivery Times to Finland
Using Itella Smartpost, items that fit in parcel lockers arrive in Helsinki within 1–2 working days. For other areas in Finland, delivery to Smartpost parcel lockers takes 2–3 working days. If using standard postal service, delivery to a Finnish post office usually takes 4–7 working days.
Delivery Times to Other European Countries
The estimated delivery time for international shipments using standard post is 4–10 working days.
