Endless playing. The Yamaha Pacifica is specially designed to provide players with an effortless playing experience. Which is why it features a collection of sleek tonewoods and ergonomic qualities.

Firstly- the neck. Sculpted entirely out of maple, the Pacifica’s satin-finished neck fits perfectly in the palm of the player’s hand. So position changes can remain simple and painless for hours of practice. Layered with an ultra-smooth rosewood fretboard, your fingers can glide up and down the scale length with total ease. A lightweight alder body is ergonomically contoured for maximum comfort, creating a sense of weightlessness when you play standing, or sitting.

Yamaha have taken every step necessary to provide players with a guitar that longs for endless practice and performance. And they’ve certainly delivered with the Pacifica.

Express through your playing

Tremolo bridges have been used throughout the careers of some of the most legendary guitarists in history. Hendrix. Van Halen. And countless others have utilised it as the rawest form of expression in their performances. Whether it’s singing solos, squealing dive bombs, or even just a subtle shimmer on chord-playing — tremolo bridges let players take their performance to the next level. Which is why Yamaha have equipped the Pacifica with their very own vintage tremolo system, ensuring you can express your playing to its full potential.
